You will earn a commission of at least 20% and up to 50% on every successful sale, with a maximum commission of $180 per transaction. If you operate multiple promotion channels or have strong traffic performance, please contact support@charaxai.com to request a higher commission rate.
What counts as a sale?
Any user who registers through your affiliate link and completes a purchase will be counted as a valid sale. Once a user signs up via your affiliate link, all eligible payments they make will generate commissions for you, including:
- Initial subscription payments
- Monthly or yearly renewals
- Credit top-ups

This includes: - Initial subscription payments - Monthly or yearly subscription renewals - Credit top-ups As long as the user originally registered through your affiliate link, all future eligible purchases will continue to generate commissions for you.
Your affiliate link is valid for 7 days. This means: - If a user clicks your affiliate link and registers within 7 days, they are permanently attributed to you - Once attributed, all future purchases made by that user will count toward your commissions, even if the purchase happens much later - Even after the link expires, new links can still be generated, and all attributions will continue to be successfully recorded
Yes. Once a user is attributed to you, you will earn commissions on: - Subscriptions - Renewals - Recharges As long as the purchases are valid and not refunded, recurring commissions continue.
- If a refund occurs within the settlement period, the related commission will be automatically deducted from your balance - If the same user resubscribes later, commissions will resume as normal
The settlement cycle depends on your affiliate status: - Standard affiliates: 30 days - Verified creators: 45 days - High-risk affiliates: 60 days - Minimum withdrawal amount: $50 - During the settlement period, commissions are marked as pending
